Discus and support H.E.A.R.T Controller Trigger problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I accidentally knocked my controller of my desk and ever since I did the right trigger is basically triggering on its own but it’s not pushed down....     H.E.A.R.T Controller Trigger problem


    I accidentally knocked my controller of my desk and ever since I did the right trigger is basically triggering on its own but it’s not pushed down. It’s the newer HEART Thrustmaster Xbox controller.

    We're sorry to hear that your controller is having issues. Let us check on this together so you'll get back to gaming.

    Based on your description, the right trigger is the one having issue. Basically, we can try to do simple troubleshooting or recalibration for this. However, if we found out that the controller is faulty then repair could be the best option for this. We would like to ask few questions to better isolate your issue:

    May we know when did this issue happen? Was there a recent OS update on your controller?

    Is this working fine before?

    Did you normally connect your wire or do you use the controller wirelessly?

    May we know if you have tried to perform this - Change controller vibration on Xbox One and Windows 10?
