GWG Gold dust not unlocking

Hi there. As stated it doesnt show as completed after 9 days of fulfilling the requirements.

- Marlow briggs played for 14 hours from 18th to 19th of december.

- Back to the future played for 15 hours from 3rd to 11th of january.

- Shadow warrior played for 31 hours from 9th to 14th of february.

Thanks in advance.

PS: Also happens with Free Ride monthly mission (play 3 differents free games for 5 hours each): Fallout shelter isnt counting.

Hi Shulamm. There is currently a delay in processing playtime for Free Ride. That will be updated by next week.

As for the Gold Dust MyChallenge, We logged in Marlow Briggs and Shadow Warrior, but since Back to the Future was available in December, it was registered as December gameplay instead of January. We are reconfiguring and will reprocess this and Back to the
Future gameplay will be recognized in January as well. Once this happens you should see that you've completed Gold Dust. Look for the change to process through in about a week. Thanks for your patience!

Hello Elessar1191,

Your play time can be across multiple titles, as long as you play it during the featured period as described on the Games with Gold page (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/games-with-gold). For
example, you could play Van Helsing for 5 hours on January 5th, then play ZOMBI on January 18th.

This offer will only track play time done during the featured period, so if you began playing on a disc before the featured period, it will not count.
