Gwg game doesn't work on Xbox one

I get the game Meet The Robinsons by Games with Gold, I can download and play it on Xbox 360 , but on Xbox one the game does not appear in the list of games I have, so I can't download it, the only way to download it on one is through the Xbox site making
the game download on my console, but the game does not start, keeps asking for the game disc as it is a digital game, and also asks to acquire the game licenses, but I already have the game, downloaded by gwg, wanted to know how to solve it.

Switching the console region solved the problem, for some reason stores in other regions show it as if I don't own the game, but switching to the region in which I obtained it solves it.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.The first recommendation I would suggest is to
log into your Microsoft accountto double check your Xbox Gold Subscription active.
If the subscription is active, when you try to access the game, make sure you're using the Gamertag that has the Xbox Live Gold subscription.

If you've confirmed that your subscription is active, but are still being asked if you own the game, then I would recommend you try

physically power cycling your Xbox One (removing the power cord from the back) then attempting to launch the game again. Should it persist after this, then you may wish to
contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to have them see what may be happening in your account or to further troubleshoot the licensing issue more directly.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

i own the game so can download it still, my son had it via GwG and he still has the option to download under the GwG library.

Looks like it's one of those occasions where the system doesn't work as it should for everyone.

GWG on the xbox one is different from the 360.

You get one free game per month plus one game carried over from the previous month.

It was never promised that we would get two new games per month.

The only exception was last month when we got double the usual new games to celebrate 100,000,000 downloads of the free gwg games.

GWG on the xbox one works exactly as it should.
