GWG from last month vanished from account.

i had to reset factory my console this morning and when i tried to begin the download of Battlefield 3 there was nothing. It simply vanished from my account. I cant even access it through the store either. It says i have to pay 19.99
for it even though i played it a lot and redeemed it properly. Xbox Support Customer Service on Twitter seems to completely ignore me. Hopefully, a kind soul could help me on this one... i pay for this subscription and the least i would like to have is a decent
treatment. Very frustrating.

Where's my two NEW games with gold as promised?

GWG on the xbox one is different from the 360.

You get one free game per month plus one game carried over from the previous month.

It was never promised that we would get two new games per month.

The only exception was last month when we got double the usual new games to celebrate 100,000,000 downloads of the free gwg games.

GWG on the xbox one works exactly as it should.

That was the whole issue, they said there is no license. The issue is, how did i play it then? Why do i still have the full game on my hard drive? I tried it out very little then a friend came over i told him to login on his profile and check it out.

He went home and "purchased" it on his profile.

They also show i haven't downloaded the trial either. So there's no evidence i've played it outside of the achievements and the fact it's still on my xbox's harddrive.

I figure i'm just sol, but my gold hasn't lapsed, i pick up the games frequently the night before the official launch as I can search the title on xbox.com and it will frequently already be free.

I even played it online with my cuz, and later at his house i strolled around in it, never once did i get a trial warning before. The only reason i even noticed it was because i was going to show it to another friend while he was over, and that's when the trial stuff happened.

EDIT: Just in case someone wants to know about home console, i set my purchased console as home when i bought it and haven't changed it.

I know how frustating this can be :/, did you tried to see if the game appears in "My Games" section of the xbox site ? Sign in to your Microsoft account ? if don't, unfortunately
