GwG Earth Defense Force 2025 not available in Germany

The GwG title Earth Defense Force 2025 for the 360 is not listed in the Xbox One's GwG-section (there's a tile missing where the 360 title should be), and you can't purchase it via the browser - it just shows an endless spinning wheel when you try. In
the xbox app, the title isn't listed in the store at all (even when you use the search). There're more german users with this problem, I found several threads on reddit and on other website's comment sections. Is there a fix for this that I don't know about?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. If you're attempting to redeem this title from a console, is it an Xbox 360 or an Xbox One? Have you made sure to have a valid credit/debit card listed in your profile so that the Marketplace
will allow you to make the claim?

Additionally, have you attempted to redeem the Game with Gold via a different device, like a PC, smartphone or tablet? If not, then I would recommend this as a different way to claim your game. The title is listed as being free with an Xbox Live Gold
subscription in the Marketplace. I'm placing a link below that will take you directly to the German language version of the 360 Marketplace so that you can easily find it.

Hi,

We have the same problem in France,

The game is not available directly in store on the Xbox. And the download on the website microsoft don't work.

We can download the game on Xbox then we use the Gold Tab.

When the download is finished, you can't launch the game.

We have an error Please insert Disc.

This game is totally [Mod Removed - Profanity] outside US and Japan.

Please help US
