GWG/ EA Access

well GWG and EA access are 2 different things.

I wouldn't say it would be a GWG for a long time if at all. It's published by EA so if anything it'll be in the vault in EA Access.

Thank you for responding. If you cannot find Dead Space 3 or Dantes Inferno under your orders or under your "Gold" section, you might have only installed the games through EA Access and not gained the game licenses through the Games with Gold program. This
is merely a possibility but it could be the case seeing the information your provided.

Yes i did this 2 times. And i checked on the xbox app

its not flagged as i bought it. I still have the ea access subscription.

and i installed it over this before. I do not understand this i was so happy to get these games

on GWG.

Hi folks,

i have a problem to get my free games from xbox live gold.

It only happend with EA Access Games and only 360 Games.

for example Dead Space 3 was free and i redeemed it but it doesnt show up

in my buying history. The same is with Dantes Inferno i redeemed it and it was as you own it

flagged. At this Time i still had my EA Access subscription. Is this the Reason why?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums have you tried Factory Reset your console

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console
7. select keep games and apps
