What is it reporting as since you arent disclosing the info

It wont say mexico

It will be clearly stated.

Xbox sees your geoip and returns incorrect region by your ISP thats when you get 8015007

Your missing something in your trace

You dont understand what region locks are

Region locks mean you may only have content within the region that it is intended

That means mexico in mexico and us in us

If y9u4 geoip is causing a inccorect region you must trll your isp to correct the mistake

Noone but they can fix that

 

I am having the same problem as juacarato10, the difference is that my console was purchased on the US while I was living there and my account also is with US region. What troubles me is that I've been able to purchase and to download everything without
any problems but this game, I will call support even though every time I call them I have to be for about an hour on the phone so they can just tell me that my problem will be escalated and then I just receive an email stating that the issue was resolved when
it wasn't. But might as well try with them... I guess.

Unless you dont live in an xbox live region

For region locked content controled by international laws you must comply with them along eith the terms of use

If you setup your account region to the us but dont actually live in the us you will get that error no support can hekp uou get that

As the geoip checks is what is creating the error

 

Its probably resolved by checking your us acocunt

There is nothing wrong with the region lock

If you set your account region to the us without actually living there thats not a mistake or aserver error

Your physical location must be the same as the account region

Us foreign bases dont actually count as the us and noone but the military can fix that for you

By providing you with a us ip which would be the ms dod deal where you have to ask your base commander

@ebony its easy it was answered in the 2nd post your account region and actual region needs to match using the website or an vpn to bypass the filters never work

You would need to turn off the vpn

Or migrate your account to your actual region and dont redownload but purvhase the correct regional content drom brazil as both were region locked

For future reference its best to use your actual region as most triple a titles are region locked

Well since you dont live in an xbox live region there is no way to get the download

You will have to wait for an non region locked game usually non triple a or arcade games
