It is never the same so maybe this time rhey put you on abvpn or routed you thru colombia

Geoip results are only shown bybyour isp and whoisip

If you have a bad geoip your isp needs to be tolr wnd theybfix it

Ms just asks your isp what your geoip is if it doesnt match for region locked games then you will fail the region lock

 

It wouldnt just be this game

Gears of war judgement was region locked halo etc

Also you have to remember your ip and dns is dynamic and rarely is set

If your isp gives you a different geoip there is nothing ms can do

Your isp assigns you the geoip and ddns

They can only explain why your geoip is wrong
