    GWENT Download and Play Beta Not Registering


    Hey XBL team, you guys always take care of me. Can you help me out with this one. I cant seem to get the credit for the download of the game or play daily. I know it says it takes up to 48 hours, but I did this 4 days ago and still haven't had it work
    yet. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Witcher 3 won't load

    I recently received an invitation for the Gwent card game beta and my Witcher 3 game would not load and gave an error requesting that I log in with the account of the game owner. The issue persisted until I redeemed the beta code. After I redeemed the beta
    code, I was able to play Witcher 3 again without an issue.

    Xbox One Project Spark Beta Issue need help please

    You can download the game from the marketplace but you cannot actually play it until you receive your code after registering for the Beta. Sign up for the beta here:

    There is currently a known issue where the play counter for users is not increasing on the web page. While we are accurately tracking your activity, that is not resulting in an increase in plays on the web page due to a communication issue. We are currently
    working with our web team on resolving this issue as soon as possible. Apologies for the confusion, and for any inconvenience caused by this delay. We hope to have this fixed shortly.

    Gwent Crack The Keg Rewards

    same here - i'd already had the beta downloaded before this promotion came up so when I go install on the webpage it says I already own this gam. Fine.

    But I've been playing Gwent for an hour at least every day since last Friday and still no free bonus keg plays. (Yes I am getting the standard 1 free play per day)

    So I'm missing the 5 free keg plays from downloading the beta plus the daily keg plays for 1hrs play per day.

    Can someone help us please?

    We're not showing you as having a console registered in the beta program.

    Did you maybe register using a different account or download your profile on a console that is registered in the beta?
