so I was doing well in Destiny's crucible, and after I went 3.0 KD in two matches. So Munem original name was "MyPoopHasCorn," but Xbox seemed it inappropriate for users of Xbox Live. On top of this, they changed my name and made it to where I don't get
a free name changer. I paid to change my name to "MyPoopHasCorn," but I can't even change my gamertag after This "offense." I'm disappointed in these rage reporters.

I Recently just madea new account with gold and just paid ten dollars for a new account i made a gamertag that involved my cod team and you guys forced changed my gamertag, im wondering if you could change it to something that i want it to be or give me
a free change because my gamertag was not meant in a racial or profanity way and i work hard for my money, i just spent 10 dollars on making the account and making the name i wanted i do not think it is fair to make me pay 10 more for another name that i already
paid for, on your x box terms of use says that it can be forced changed is involves racism and profanity and it wasnt even spelt as a word yet alone and actual word please get back to me.

UNFAIR BAN

first off this should be posted in the suspension section but since your bio MUST be rated E for everyone you cannot have profanity or words that IMPLY profanity. it does not matter if you put that word in or a friend did, your account is YOUR responsibility
at ALL times. so if he/she put it on there, YOU face the punishment. so, your gonna have to face that suspension as they will NOT remove it or shorten it, remove the profanity and keep your friends off your account so that does NOT happen again, and have
a nice day.

Sorry to hear it. However, Live does have specific rules that need to be followed. Your tag has broken the rule for gamertags. If you want to open a case review with the PET though you'll need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click the hammer icon.

It does not specify which words are deemed bad and which aren't. I'd say that's a rough and unfair judgement. In other countries some words mean something while in others it means something in the lines of profanity. So to put a generalization on word
selection because of society is wrong. Some see them as every other day to day word as others see them offensive. So where do you draw the line, if the line is nonexistent.

So, how is it that game developers can exercise their freedom of speech and have profanity in a game, yet when I use profanity that I feel and deem is just as okay as the game developers, I get banned. Racial slurs and offensive words aside.

You should read up on what your first amendment actually is. Video games are not a government entity, therefore you do not have a constitutional right to freedom of speech. I'm not even American and I know that.

According to the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use of the Live service that you agreed to upon creating your account you cannot use profane words or phrases in your bio/gamertag/etc. This includes using letters or symbols to simulate a profane word or phrase.

Doing so could result in a suspension or ban of your gamertag.
