GUYS PLEASE HELP ME, IT’S BEEN 2 DAYS AND MY XBOX AFTER FEW MINUTES ALWAYS FREEZE LIKE THIS...

Just downloaded, took a couple of minutes, nothing more.

Played a few - like night and day. Mind you Im just the occanional player, but have been strongly hampered by lag and "no kills / lots of deaths. Seems my bullets bite now. Prob packet losses before upgrade.

Have had a few freezes as well in the past, not much really, reading some of you guys.

Thank you for a quick reply. I purchased the console in late July and received it in late August. The manufacturing date on the label is May 2021. It's been only three months of normal use. That's why I thought it was strange that the vent coating had melted away like that. The console only shutdown completely when playing NBA 2K22. I know that a recent patch from Microsoft was supposed to resolve the issue but it didn't resolve my issue. I downloaded the update and the system seemed fine for a few days. It started freezing but not shutting down.

Sometimes it would crash to the console dashboard. This is pre and post Microsoft patch. It always happened in My Career. When it froze, I would have to close the app and reopen it. When it crashed to the console dashboard, I simply restarted the app. It had powered off my console playing the game.

After the few days after the Microsoft patch I reset the console but with keeping games and apps. It seemed to resolve the issues for a few more days and then the system starting freezing as I moved through the City in My Career. The console has never given a heat warning and I have never heard my fan ramp up at all.

I always give proper ventilation to the console. It sits in the middle of an open area when I play games because I know proper ventilation is important. Plus, I had a Xbox 360 back in the day and got the Red Ring Of Death.

It's only been three months of use.

I'm also having the same issue.

Every since the update, I and several friends in the same city have been unable to connect for any long periods of time. We were all using China Telecom and getting connection error to xbox live. Sometimes we'd be able to connect for a few minutes, but
it would disconnect soon after, within 3-10 minutes. I switched over to my China Unicom ISP and had no issues for a day, then the same thing started happening. Been using xbox here in China for over 5 years, never an issue. I've got direct connections,
routers, modems, etc. Troublshooted, ports open, etc. Nothing works. It's something that happened after this new EULA and update. I'm not the only one. Most people are experiencing issues in China now. Right after the new EULA I couldn't connect afterwards
reliably, then it was ok for maybe a few days, but it was off and on. Now its just dropping me constantly and I'm tired of it.

For the person saying China isn't supported, that's not true. Hong Kong is a supported region and a part of China. It's just an excuse to avoid the issue and find a solution. Besides, I'd love to see the unofficial numbers of people here who do buy and
xbox and games. Many games come with a Chinese edition and/or language. It's a huge market and all MS is doing by avoiding official support for the mainland is PROMOTING piracy.

So much for the XBL and points money I've been spending.

Just as a test, I restarted my xbox after being disconnected and waiting a few minutes. Started up fine, on live, then BAM, disconnected. Less than 4 minutes. And that's on a different ISP. Now neither will connect at all or for any longer than a few
minutes.

Ahh...what's the point, no help here I think. People gonna ask for some status codes and the usual.

My Xbox is also disconnecting, I can only play half a game, for example; I play AW for like 4 minutes and then all players freeze and my Xbox Live disconnects, every 10 minutes or so. It allows me to reconnect though and then it just repeats the issue. Yes
I have restarted my router and no I do not have other electronics on using my network. I need help, it's been doing ever since I got it on Christmas Day, please someone who knows how to solve this issue!

But it didnt get orange after few minutes,it has been few days and that light stays white even xbox one is off,but my xbox one works well
