I understand your problem. I had a similar problem and I hope this can help you:

1. Get the latest update of Windows 10.

2. Make sure that the Location of your Store is the same as the Location Store where you have your game pass subscription. This is really important for most of the games you own. You want to make sure your location fits with the location of your buying
game account.
