Guys please help, I have a problem.So i made an xbox account on the official xbox site i went for the 1 month free trial i did my billing add a credit card and it says that i have xbox live gold and its gonna expire next month but when i downloaded the account
on my xbox it says that i dont have xbox live gold and i can't play online please help

30 Day Xbox Live Gold trial offer not working

I am experiencing the same Issue. Xbox live support is of little help and have not been able to resolve this issue. I entered my debit card for the free month trial and it shows my debit card on file yet I dont have access to xbox live gold even though my
account says so

Annoying Debit Card Error 8C320008 (Adding Debit Card To Xbox Live Account)

Every time I try to add my credit card information to my Xbox Live account it gives me an error after I entered all the information. Now here's the thing...I've had several Xbox Live accounts and I've used the same credit cards on them before and I've
never had this problem. I made this account and tried to add the credit card on it and it gives me this error. I went back on all the accounts I could remember I put it on and removed the credit cards and cleared my system cache and deleted my marketplace
cache and restarted my Xbox. I went back on to my account and filled in everything again and it still gave me an error, everything on the debit card is correct and up to date. Any help would be much appreciated.

A trial works differently from a paid subscription so you won't have full access to Xbox Live Gold features such as Games with Gold. Which game or games are you trying to play and what specific error message are you seeing? If you are also seeing an error
code can you please post that so we can take a closer look?

Also, let's have you try a full power cycle on the console and see if that helps.

So,4 months later I sold my Xbox 360 with my profile.

its hard to help you without knowing what Error you are getting, could you tell us some more information about whats going on? if not try looking to make sure you have enough space on your computer?
