Cancel auto renewal problems

I cannot stop the auto renewal payment I have tried many times this past week and all i get is An error occured cancelling automatic renewal. and then every time I try to contact support the page is invalid and i cannot contact support at this point
I don't know how i can talk about this to xbox support so why not put it on the forums. So if someone can help that would be great.
