    Guys, having issues with Party Chat on your Xbox One?


    This only applies for US gamers.

    (Please make sure to have an Open NAT Type. There are instances, it works even NAT type is not set to Open.)

    Go to Settings> System. Under Location, change your country to another location aside from United States. (You can try Canada or other countries).

    Select Restart, and once the console is up, please check if you can now join parties. You should be able to join your friend's party or you can be a host of the game or multiplayer gaming.

    Not sure what your complaining about, PS3 is having the mic issues not Xbox. Only thing I've seen are guys playing in party chat not in squad or team chat. What problems you having with the online chat?

    "check on xbox live services" xbox wont open any games

    Hi Guys,

    My xbox wont open any games that i try and open and everytime gives me the "check on xbox live services" error even though i can chat to friends on party chat and browse the store and there is no issues with my NAT. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Error code: 0x89231806 Blocking Party chat

    I'm getting this exact issue. Why does the XBOX One Party chat suffer so many issues? It's amazing how on the XBOX 360 there wasn't this many problems with the party chat. Now with the XBOX One it's been nothing but issues with the Party chat since the
    system was released.

    My NAT = OPEN

    This is on the XBOX ONE

    0X89231806 your network settings are blocking party chat.

    I'm also tired of Microsoft constantly suggesting to do a hard reset on the system. It seems to be their answer to everything. Have a problem? Hard reset your system.

    Sorry to hear about your Party Chat issue. Is your DeadCrushader Gamertag the one having an issue with Party Chat? Party Chat is a feature of an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription, so your free account would need to upgrade to take advantage of that feature.

    Unable to play with friends

    Yes, we can normally play other games together with friends and use party chat without any issue at all.

    I had first thought that it could be an issue with the games servers, as it does have its issues, but then I thought of the problem of the xbox live party chat and thought I should post here first to see what you guys think. Would that game specifically
    cause a problem with party chat? I would not have thought it to be possible.

    Roblox Chat on Xbox

    Xbox uses voice chat (party chat). There is no text chat in Roblox on Xbox One. It was removed awhile back.
    You guys know that people want chat back in roblox but wont bring it back? Im sure you guys know that less people have been playing since making that dumb decision
