    Guys are acting rude and false reporting


    Hey I was play Halo Master Chief collection and I got 3 people in my customs lobby and for the first day they were cool and 2 day roudy now they're just being rude to people so I removed them and they said they were going to get my console banned and report
    me. They were saying the n word and offending everyone so I just don't know. They're gamer tags are .Ilovebudweiserx and rage overkill68 so if you could help that would be cool. Ps my account need work because of a guy and his 15 alt accounts so that sucks

    False Reporting

    If someone harasses you online just report that person or block them from further abuse. If your son is a minor I suggest you to create a minor's account for him.

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is handed over so rest assured if your son has done nothing against the Code of Conduct you have nothing to worry about.

    False reporting

    I've been playing Gears of War 4 for two days straight and have come across the same toxic player twice and he sent me messages talking trash and telling me I suck, so I report him for the rude messages. The following day(today), he messages me an explicit
    message telling me how dare I report him and blo blah curse words here and there and says he's going to get all his friends to report me. My question is will these reports against me actually hold weight? I didn't cuss at him in any messages or voice chat.
    Responses are aprreciated. (I didn't know where to post so I put it in the gears forum)

    Guys are acting rude and false reporting

    If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse. Every report gets investigated before an enforcement act is issued so if you haven't breached the Code of Conduct there is nothing to worry about.

    Please refrain from using other gamers' gtags in the forums

    As Sword said, I doubt he was having a bad day. There are a lot of disruptive and rude players which is why the report function on the Xbox is there. Utilize it when people are acting in the wrong!

    i got banned a 3 days ago for beating this one guy in a game he told every one to report me

    If you received a suspension or ban, it was not because somebody organized a group to report you. All reports are investigated and if they are not true, they will not be acted on. In fact, filing a false report can get the user in trouble. If you received
    a suspension or ban, it had to be for something you did that violated the rules.
