    Won't let me send messages

    I was playing gta v online and I destroyed a guy and his friends in a death match, they sent a party invite in which I accepted and they just started cussing at me and stuff, I don't have a mic so I messaged him
    [Mod Removed] to the guy who invited me, so they all reported me (9 of them) over and over again. I later that week got communication banned for 2 weeks, I was wrongly reported, than after the 2 weeks it still says that I can't send messages
    because of my passed behavior, please fix this as I still want to send messages to my friends.

    GTA 5 - friend base for online play - mostly role play / cop killing / jumpstunt

    I need GTA 5 friends for xbox one. Only a few will do. Me and my friends are looking for older guy friends to game with. Preferably ages 20 to 26. We would like funny, a little dirty minded but overall relatively mature guys.

    Please don't call out ("name and shame") gamertags on the forums for alleged infractions. It contravenes the forum rules.

    The proper course of action is to report any user via the console and then you can block and mute them too. The report you file will be viewed by the Enforcement Team who will act if they feel it necessary.

    Yeah this exact same thing happened to me. The enforcement team looked at all the heinous messages the guy sent me and decided to keep me banned because I cussed. Doesn't matter that the guy was extremely racist. I cussed, so I'm the scum of the earth.
    I get that cussing is against code of conduct, but you can't sit there and tell me to my face that I deserve to be banned because of it. Especially after witnessing some of what the guy was saying to me.
