Sorry to hear that the issue persists. Can you confirm that you see the purchase going through by signing into your Microsoft account and viewing

your online order history here? You can also manage your subscriptions from here. If you don't see the purchase or subscription on your account, it may be attached to
a different Microsoft account. You may also want to
contact a live agent for further support, as they can view your account and all the information attached to it.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you were charged for Xbox live gold, but you cannot access it and are being asked to purchase it again. Is this correct? If so, we recommend
removing your account from the Xbox and then re-adding it. This should help re-sync your profile and subscriptions with Xbox live. Please make sure you know your Xbox profile email and password before removing your account.
