Gungrave game is showing error ???

Gungrave game is supposed to be available in gamepass and it is available in the app and I install it to the console but it shows error when I run it, when I go to the store from in the console it shows the game is currently not available????

If it's showing as unavailable on your console it may mean that it's not available for your physical region. Kindly try searching the game on Microsoft store browser and check if you can install it from there with your region locale.

Console has same region as my account. Which is strange having the game in the account from the web while not in the console.
