guidelines for custom Roblox content uploaded to Xbox

I built a custom Roblox world and in the world I created walls on which to hang imported images. All images are approved via the Roblox filters and they are VERY strict. This image was uploaded and I had a song playing in the background of this girl speaking
(a remix) song with no swearing, sexual content, etc. Absolutely nothing that would have been an issue, it was literally a dance song with the girl speaking the words on this image. The video had hundreds of likes and shares within one hour, it was in Xbox
trending and was removed by the enforcement team with the standard message sent to my email. I fail to see how this image or those words are "controversial, religious, references to notorious groups, sexual, vulgar, etc." I would like to know what specifically
is the issue related to the video I created. If Microsoft is saying that you cant upload custom images to Roblox for the purpose of making game content, I would disagree, as I previously made a similar world in which I included a photo of myself as a background
and there was no issue. So I'm confused and would like clarification as to what the rules are regading custom Roblox content as I have made several videos with custom images of anime characters, funny memes, etc and there was no issue except in this case my
video was in trending and was removed and I was warned with a generic message. If the code of conduct has a statement about custom images via Roblox or other games, I would like to see where. In my opinion, these decisions are arbitrary and I feel as though
my video was removed simply because the enforcement team did not understand how I was able to make the content and therefore I must have done something against the rules. That's what it seems like to me. They couldn't figure out how I did it, so I must have
broken a rule somewhere. As I also stated, all images are pre-approved by the Roblox server and they are much more strict on content then the enforcement team from my experience. Thanks and I hope we can find a solution because I don't want to get enforcement
messges based on arbitrary decisions without clear guidelines and I would like to keep making content for this game but not at the sake of getting suspended. My gamertag is ""

Hi, I cannot get Roblox to play for my son. He has a child profile setup and I even adjusted the settings to custom to allow up to age 17 content and unblocked many of the settings. but we still cannot play the game. please help!

 

Guidelines on customer gamer picture

what are the guidelines on a custom gamer picture? Such as no swear words or indecent pictures? Or copyright as I can't find anything to do with what's allowed and not allowed.
