    Guide won’t work


    My problem is that when I press the guide button to bring up the menu to access the dashboard option or access settings. The screen dims like it usually would and makes he little noise but nothing comes up. Does anyone k ow how to fix this?

    Guide won’t work

    Hi!

    Try clearing the console cache with the
    power cycle     system. Sometimes it can cause delays in opening functions.

    same here. Luckily, I'm still signed in but it means I can't get to the settings as easy, or back to the home screen from within other apps.
