    [Guide] Redeeming Codes


    to redeem a prepaid code on the Xbox , make sure that you are signed onto your Microsoft account.

    Once you have signed onto your Microsoft account, click onto store. From there , in the middle on the screen there should be a button " Redeem Code"

    Then click "Redeem Code"

    You will then be required to insert your 25 characters of the code.

    Then click redeem and you will be ready !

    Move LEFT to the Marketplace
    Select REDEEM CODE.

    It works. I just did it.

    Cannot redeem a code

    Can you try redeeming the code on your console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code.

    Check the flyer for a code you'll need to redeem. Once you have found it just insert that code into the "Redeem Code" section of the XBOX Guide (hit the guide button to bring it up).

    That should set up your free download.
