Ok what you do is Spdif cable into the back of the xbox, into the the convetor provided by link and simply phono or jack (depending on system to input).

And there you go it will be compatable with quite alot of sound system but remember you have to turn that dial on this device a little, Basiclly it is a volume of the signal to your sound system.

If you have any issues that this guide or more like assistance doesn't help with Please feel free to comment and ask for more assistance.

  2. (Guide) How to properly set up your car

Step 1: At least try and use manual instead of automatic. Main menu-options-gameplaytransmission mode-manual

The reason is that you get more horsepower per shift as well as a substantial top speed increase. An example would be the corvette, in automatic you would only be able to get up to 250mph, in manual it will hit 285.

Also, when using some cars, you can get then to corner better because you can shift down whenever you want and throw the back end around the corner

Secondly: When you set up a car
Always set the engine to all horsepower, that's where the power in the car comes from.

Thirdly: When using a tuner always set the suspension to stock. The reason? It doesn't need it. Suspension actually slows the car down a little, and tuners do excellent with stock suspension.

Also, (This is going to sound weird) Avoid the race transmission in tuners at all costs. For some reason it doesn't perform as well as others.

In my opinion stock is the best, then street and then pro. Stock transmission in tuners while racing manual is the best you can get.

If you guess that I'm a tuner guy, you're right.

Here's a lancer setup that is very quick, in manual it will top at 215, in automatic only 189.

Don't be confused by the numbers 1=left 2=middle 3=right going top to bottom, so if something is 132 it means top is left middle is right and bottom is in the middle.

  3. Mute SPDIF Audio

You need to set up your surround sound system in the xbox one settings. Go to TV & One Guide in the Settings menu, then to Devices. You should see Receiver in there, you'll need to configure your surround system for it to control the volume of that rather
    than your TV.

    Microsoft headset

Hi mate I have gone across to system, settings, display & sound & audio output d headset audio is set to Windows sonic, not sure there is much more in there?
In the system menu that's pretty much it. There is an audio mixer that pulls up from the guide when you have a headset plugged in directly to the controller. (If you use an adapter, another mixer or dont have the headset plugged in it will not be there) so
you would hit the guide button and scroll over to the sound icon and can adjust additional audio settings there. To do this hit the guide button (the button that lights up) use the RB button to scroll to the gear tab. Under the gear tab will be audio, and
that is where all the mixer controls will be.

You have it set for 5.1 sound on a system that does not support it. Either set up for stereo in settings or upgrade your sound system.
