"[Guide] Adding/ removing profiles."

Adding Xbox profile on Xbox 360:

To add another Xbox 360 profile press the guide button on your controller.

Once you have pressed the guide button on your controller , click on "Download profile". - Make sure that you are signed into Xbox live

Then select "Download Profile". Once you have selected "Download Profile" it will then ask you to input the details of your login to your profile.

Input your login details. Once you have, it will then give you a option to "Remember the password". Tick the box if you do so.

Removing Xbox 360 profile

To remove a Xbox 360 profile go into "Settings" and then "System" and "Storage"

Then you will be required to select a profile you would want to delete.

When removing the profile you have two options:

Delete profile only - saved games exist

Delete profile & items - all saved data will be lost

Note - if you don't have external storage click "Hard drive" if you have external storage click " All Devices"

Adding profiles on Xbox one :

To add a profile on the Xbox one , you will need to sign in , once you have click onto the menu and then click on "Add and manage"

You will then click on "Add New"

Once you have clicked on "Add New" it will then ask you to sign in the existing Microsoft account.

Removing profiles on Xbox one :

To remove a Xbox one profile click on the guide button and then click on "Settings" Then click on " All Settings".

Then click on Account > Remove accounts. And select the accounts you want to remove.

That's odd that you're not receiving notifications. Since you've already attempted changing your preferences in Settings, we recommend removing your profile and re-adding it back. The troubleshooting guide to help you remove
