Guests visiting from the US

We have some guests visiting this weekend from the US who have their own accounts on their Xbox. My son is very concerned that they will log in and ruin his progress on Fortnite….

Can we add them as guests so they can play multi player games together ?

Do we use their accounts / gamer tags when we do this ?

Make sure you reassure your son that his account will be unaffected if you do what the others here have suggested.

Hi there,

Yes, have your guests add their account(s) and sign in with their own accounts and play games under their own accounts while they are visiting. Any progress they have in games they have played will be there since their is a game saved to the cloud as well
as on their console.

Before they leave, they can remove their profile(s) from your console.

You son can add a
passcode to his account to avoid anyone logging into his account while the guests are visiting.

If the guests coming over have their own accounts, it's best to do what was mentioned above and let them add their accounts and then remove them once they leave. I just wanted to provide a link going over the process of adding and removing accounts in case

The passkey is also a great option if he doesn't want anyone else signing into his own account.

Yes as Sara stated you just have to add them as a new user or guest and they will be able to access their profile and use it on your console. Then just remove them when they go home. Just make sure Fortnite is on whichever console you're using. If not you
will have to download it first before playing.
