Guest profile gone?!

Hey, so i just wanted to sign me and my friend in and he doesn't have a profile on our xbox with xbox live gold so i wanted him to sign in to the guest to play with me but, when i tried the guest profile wasn't there. Anyone else having the same problem?
This is on xbox 360 btw

No she doesn't need her own profile or gold membership, she just signs in as a guest while logged into your account.

Guest Profile?

@Az yeah, that's the sort of thing I meant, but as the owner of the xbox one your gold subs mean she could also play online without the need for an extra subscription.(and use netflix, lovefilm, youtube, etc etc....)

To get the guest profile you have to start the game and then make the second player join. Then you should see guest.

Any idea if you can clam ownership of a saved game?

My pinball save with over 30 odd tables all with high scores from 6-7 people seems to have messed up and its still on my xbox but nobody owns it. I gave the controller to a friend today and left to room to go get my other friends in the next room while loading
the game on my profile he logged into the guest profile when it asked to sign in and he got a high score for the guest profile. When I came back after his game I logged into my profile and all my high scores were gone my profile seems to have copyed the guest
profiles save and left mine on the xbox and copyed the new one to the cloud so I am not sure if I can fix it or if all my high scores are gone..
