Guest Pass Key

Are you sure it's a guest passkey that is set up on the console?

If you tried any combinations three times and it did not ask your Microsoft account password - which is a glitch, as it should ask - then the only option would be to remove the accounts from the console and add them again. First, remove them l, then add one by one.

Remove Account:
1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​
4. Close. ​​​

Add Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.
3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

If you cannot remove accounts - as it may ask for the pass code - the other option would be to factory reset the console:

Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps. The "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, rest assured. All accounts will be removed from the console and you would need to add them again, so the pass code will be gone.

A forgotten guest key can be reset by any adult as long as that person knows the password that they use to sign in to their Microsoft account on the console. The adult must be signed in on the console to reset the guest key.

You can't disable the guest account option but you can set up a guest key which will serve the same purpose. If you wish to know more on how to set up a guest key, please check => Set up and manage a guest key on your Xbox console | Xbox Support.

I tried but when i go add my account back it ask me for a pass key for a guest then nothing after that
