Guest Account restricted - Black Ops 3

Hi,

My son has Black OPS 3 on his xbox one but when he has his friends around to play the game using the guest account for 2 players the system announces 'Error Guest account restricted from this content'. I have gone into the settings and de restricted the
account but to no avail, The ironic thing is that there appears to be no issues with the account with Black OPS 2 on his 360.

Anybody heard of this before and have a fix?

Setting up accounts for family members

Unfortunately each account needs to be signed in; however you can always let him play on a guest account instead. You can set parental controls on a guest account as well; we actually have a guide for it here: Guest Restrictions

Guest accounts don't have black ops player cards.

 

I am having this same issue does anybody know how to fix it? I have been on chat with support with now help for over 45 mins now calling into support and waiting on hold.

From Activision: For you to be able to play the game and make it a split screen for Xbox one, you need to create another Xbox profile. You cannot use this same account and use it as guest player to join the game.
