    Guardians of the Galaxy Films & TV not playing


    I have purchased many films via the Microsoft Store and watched with Films & TV for a long time. Until I purchased Guardians of the Galaxy and every time I try to watch it, it comes up with an error message saying it ' Can't Play '. It tells me to come to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us and
    supplies an error code ( Look at the end for it ). All my other films still work, even the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy works but not the actual movie. I have tried relaunching the app, restarting my Xbox. Everything I thought of has not worked. I tried
    to type the code into https://support.xbox.com/en-US/error-code-lookup and it came up with nothing.

    I just updated the Xbox and it updated but the movie is unplayable. I tried to delete then reinstall the movie and it's now saying it is ' Coming soon ' . A movie from 2014 is now coming soon? I can't delete it nor play it. Please help.

    Well, Guardians of the Galaxy is a Marvel/Disney movie. I tried TLOR, and I looked all over the back, but it doesn't look like it was put out by Sony, just New Line Cinema/Warner Brothers. Now, I did try Brave, which is a Disney film and that started right
    up. I also tried The Amazing Spider-Man, which is a Sony film, and that did not play.
