    Hi,

    whenever i try to launch Guardians via shortcut or from the gamepass app, i always get a BSOD.

    I checked it via blue screen viewer, and the error swaps between SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Ntoskrnl.exe

    Or SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED SYMEFASI64.SYS.

    The first one points to the windows kernel and the second one points to norton Antivirus. No other games pose a problem, it's just this game and it's being annoying AF.

    Hope you are doing well.

    As per advise by the Internal Support Team, they would like each of you to send a report for this issue using Xbox app. In that way, the Engineers will be able to have a better look of the concern. Please follow this guide:

    1. Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon
    2. Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu
    3. Select “Report a problem”
    4. Click "Give new feedback"
    5. Add [Xbox Forum] Guardians of the galaxy BSOD [WimVan der Elst] in “Summarize your feedback” followed by a feedback summary.
    6. Category should automatically be selected.
    7. Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread.
    We look forward for your response.
