    I bought my XBox One in August 13th 2016.

    Why my guarantee is expired?

    Device not starting since few days.

    The system should already come with a 1 year warranty through Microsoft. Sounds like a waste of money to me.

    Microsoft only offer a 12 months warranty, so the one on your console ran out last year,

    As Zen said, you only get 12 months guarantee, its been roughly 22 months since you bought your Xbox One.

    I'll let you do the maths.

    If the console has only just been sent back then you will need to allow a few days whilst it goes through the repair process. Other than that you will need to speak directly with the support team.

    Get it through Microsoft in my opinion. Always direct to the manufacturer will be best.
