Guam billing info need help

I have hard time finding matches with my billing

Billing Information

Hi. I'm from Guam, and I'm trying to add a payment method to my account. However, I can never get past the billing information section because under "State", there is no "Guam" option, and it isn't allowing me to purchase points any other way.

Please help.

Need help fixing billing info

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. Since this internal issue is affecting the databases that house your Microsoft Account information, we cannot resolve this issue with our support tools, and must rely on this team to resolve
the issue. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Again, to be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error,
and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Guam isnt an xbox live supported region unless you are in an us base

 

Same here I put Andersen Air Force Base and it does not work

 

So we found out that if you have issue uploading Guam Address you need to add APO AP before you punch in your zip code

 

Yes if you live in a BASE you must use the military address also the best people to talk to is billing via phone or chat for help with billing
