Guacamelee! STCE keeps crashing to dashboard

Every time I attempt to launch Guacamelee, it tries to load a save game (I don't I even have one being I can't play the game.) It then freezes, and returns to the xbox one dashboard. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game and power cycled my console multiple
times today.

I've recorded my xbox doing this just in case it can help any further:

I've had it crash on me while playing a few times.

 

i had played about two hours past the jaguar stage when it crashed and sent me to the xbox one dashboard.

 

Has anyone tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to see if that helps?

 

Finally decided to factory reset my xbox one and what do you know, it fixed the problem. Kind of annoying but it whatever. Hope this helps you guys as well.

 

I've had this happen when I open up the map and select another area to view, and then press back and it crashes. Every time u do this it crashes.

 

Hey peeps, sorry that it's taken me this long to reply but I ended up factory resetting my xbox one a few days after starting this thread and what'dyaknow, it did the trick. It fixed the crashing problem along with the problems I was having with twitch streaming
and stuff. I know it sounds like overkill fully resetting your xbox for one game but if you're having additional problems like I was, I do strongly recommend it. Hope this helps you all.
