Intel i5 4590, - this CPU is much older than your i5 7400,

16Gb RAM, - about the same as yours, although the speed of the RAM is unknown,

GTX 1650 Super - is slightly more powerful than a GTX 1650, but with the limited space in your case a Super model may not fit,

with a GTX 1650 you may have to use a mix of High and Medium setting to get as close to 60 fps that you can,

That's what they are telling you

Benchmarks have no bearing on performance ingame

Cpus and gpus are designed for.benchmark not for performance ingame

You need a benchmark like 3dmark which gives you scores based on popular games

Or look up benchmarks online based on your.combination for your specific game

That will tell you based on games you are trying

A generic post.saying it's faster then most doesn't.Tell you anything because it's testing based on games unless you are using 3dmark even then gpus are sometimes.Optimized for 3dmark

Especially when you aren't.doing well.on in-game.

Intel amd and nvidia would put drivers on to score well on benchmarks because it focuses on the specific things they are looking to test rather then actual performance overall

This is why you need to look at independent benchmarks based on your combo and game.

The gpu inside the Xbox One isn't powerful enough to run games at smooth frame rate in native 4k. Most mid to high end PC video cards struggle to run games in 4k with the exception of the GTX Titan/GTX 780 Ti/GTX Titan Black. The benchmarks are there to
prove it. If you want to argue that a 500$ console will be able to match that performance be my gest, but I say Microsoft is shooting the gun with those comments.

I use Fraps when I'm benchmarking actual games. It allows me to choose what portion of the game to look for specific performance issues at certain areas.
