Gta v installation still won’t work after contacting Microsoft and doing all the troubleshooting still won’t work disc always stops at 32% and network stops at 23%

hello I bought my son a dlc of ebay that has 1,000,000 cash in gts v. It gives you 500,000 I game and 500,000 online. I've entered the code which the xbox one excepted no problem, but the money has not appeared in the game. Could someone who has used similar
tell me please how to access it. I went to eb games and asked and they suggested it maybe US only, but it was bought is australia and is not Region specific. They also suggested you may have to do something int he game like go to an atm, which I tried with
no luck.

Any help would be great please, as I know very little about games myself.

I also bought an advanced warfare controller for him, which came with a 14 xbox live trial which also didn't work. The code doesn't get excepted, it just comes up something went wrong try again later ?

Again, any help would be great

Hello JesperWallin1, you should try to install the game without updating. And the update will only begin when the installation is complete. The same problem was played by GTA V.

If it does not work, check your badwith connection

Settings> All Settings> Network> Test ...

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to make sure it is installed. Go to my games and apps>highlight battlefield V>hit the start/menu button>go down to manage game and add on> looks under ready to install see if it shows there. If it doesn't look
see if it is installed. If game sharing it from someone some DLC is not sharable.

Hello,

If you are having problems while the install disc in installing:

Delete any GTA V install data that is on the Xbox 360 storage device

Clear the Xbox 360 Cache: System Settings->Storage->Highlight Storage Device and Press Y->Choose Clear Cache->Confirm

Re-attempt the installation.

If you are still experiencing the error, please try installing to a different memory device.

If the problem persists for all memory devices, please try the disc in another console to confirm whether the disc or the console is the issue.
