Gtav shaking screen patch

I'm talking world wide Praetorian, and vehicles don't really suffer from lag in different regions. Well except for Jets... shake...shake...shakes... can't see the screens shaking every second... SHAKE.

It turns out that it's because the entire pack of batteries I had purchased for the controllers was defective! I went to the store to buy new batteries on a whim. The only thing I could possibly think of as being a problem was the batteries. Now it works.
I'm amazed an entire 6 pack of AA batteries was bad. I just bought them too! >:V

Are you using the same battery for each controller? Maybe it has a very low charge and when it tries to use rumble, it kicks off due to lack of power. Definitely a weird problem.
