    Hello John,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you please detail exactly what the issue is with GTAV? When does it stop loading? When you are trying to launch the game or are you trying to install it?

    Do you get any error messages or codes? Let us know and we will be sure to help you out.

    I try to launch like playing the game around 12am and 1am i have to wait until past 1am my game will work again its GTAV online my username is AskingSoda14242 can u make my account stop lagging during those hour so i can play freely

    Hey John,

    Thank you for responding. It seems you are experiencing some lagging issues at a particular time of the night. I'd like for you to try running a

    connection test     on your Xbox the next time this happens.

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
      Test multiplayer connection      .
    If everything comes up good, there might be something going on with the
    Rockstar services    .

    Do not install GTA V "Play" disc!

    Hi all, from day 1 that we are all allowed to play gtav online until now, i've not tried it. All my friends could play gtav online but for some reasons i cant. I keep getting the "rockstar cloud servers are unavailable" or "rockstar game services are unavailable"
    message. Can somebody help me ?
