...and I'm still not excited. I'm happy for the gamers who like paying for something twice though. (those who haven't bought it yet would have been excluded from both of my post)

 

It is great news for me, GTA Online is the only reason that I still turn on my 360. As soon the Xbox One version is out, I can actually make some room on my TV stand and put the 360 away.

I am glad that you can transfer your GTA Online character though. That is a great feature alone!

 

I'll buy it because I didn't really give GTA5 a fair chance. I played for a week, maybe a little more, and then moved on because Xbox One hype was happening, and I started to ready myself to get off the Xbox 360. That, and the fact that Online Heists weren't
in the game, and that's pretty much all I wanted out the Multiplayer. Everyone bought the same expensive apartment, the same Planes... It certainly wasn't what I hoped for. Come to think of it, I don't think I do want to buy it...

 

I'll buy it again, but when it's on sale (presumably a Steam Thanksgiving or Year-End sale). While I completed the game, the graphics... oh my eyes! I can't bring myself to go back and 100% it on console. Compared to even Saint's Row IV on PC, the graphics
are just... ugh.

I would agree except this is on a different platform. That means work went in to porting it over for one thing. Also, my disc for GTAV 360 will not work for my One. So, I am actually getting something different in a sense if I buy this. On thing would
be the ability to play it on the other console. I am not buying this however.

 

Someone will probably create a Watchdogs mod for GTA V on PC.

 

I bought GTA 5 day one for 360 got to where I had one mission left then the online which was so broken at launch it glitched my single player game so that I could not continue.

After that I could not go on and traded it in so this will give me a reason to try it again. Lets see if they manage to launch a broken game for a second time.

 

I was like the other guy. I rented it from Gamefly, played it off and on for a good week or so, then sent it back so I could trade in my console while it was still worth something. I think it's great that it's coming to new consoles for people that didn't
play it before. Just like Last of Us, it makes since to re-release these great games that were available way too late in the previous consoles life cycle for most people to enjoy. Yes, it's a quick cash grab for these companies but it's too much of sure thing
to pass up. For me, I don't know if I would buy this right away. I enjoyed the time I had with it before but with having a kid to take care of now, I don't know if I'll have the time to truly invest in it. Regardless, it's a great opportunity for gamers who
weren't lucky enough to experience it and easy money for Rockstar and company.

 

I might get it to play with friends. Assuming I can indeed carry over my online character.

 

GTA 5 was a big letdown for me, and I don't fancy being letdown again. I'm happy for those of you who want GTA 5 on the Xbox One.

 

@bstn617 The online is fixed and works great now. I play it some every so often.

I completed the main story of GTA V on 360 only three weeks or so ago. My single player characters had $1,000,000,000 each! I will definitely be buying this again, probably on Xbox One.
