    I already bought GTA5 in Xbox360 so why do i have to buy it at new on Xboxone ?

    That's odd. If you have just recently purchased the game you are more than welcome to request a refund at
    https://xbox.com/refund

    However, I would suggest trying a delete and redownload first to see if that helps.
