    Missing my rewards points

    I received an email saying I could earn 6000 points by spending over $65.00 on ANY content. I made a valid purchase of gta5 content but haven't received my points.

    Sorry to hear it. I have not heard of an offer that gave points with the purchase of Live on the console. If this was via a website be sure to contact the site that advertised it. If you purchased a card with the code on it then check for a second code.
    Offers like this on cards would have a code for the Live service and a separate code for the extra offer.
