The exploits being used need to be fixed by Rockstar themselves I'm afraid, so it may be worth taking your post over there way.

Hacking or modding games is against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct (www.xbox.com/.../codeofconduct), so anyone found to be doing so can have enforcement action taken against them
of varying degrees. Microsoft take the Xbox Live experience very seriously, and anything affecting their customers enjoyment of the service is dealt with!

Hopefully the fix will be out soon, and you can move on and enjoy GTA online as you were

Então você precisa entrar na conta da microsoft e verificar a assinatura atual que possui. Talvez se o problema persistir, entre em contato com o suporte, pois eles podem ver as coisas muito melhores.
