GTA5 Online Download problems (Comp packs 1%2 +Updates)

Hello, everyone.

I Recently bought the GTA5 disks about a week ago. I've managed to Install the 8GB primary files to a Xbox360 Memory device because the 8GB would not install onto my HDD which has plenty of free space. With the 8GB mandatory Installment finished I completed
the prologue and promptly started Online via in-game Menu. It gave me an alert about there not being any of the online updates and compatibility packs needed to play online. So I quickly followed into the GTA5 packs & updates page and chose Compatibility packs
1&2 and Beach Bum and the, like, 3-4 others that are required to play Online...only They all failed to download. They went from 1% to 0% to 1% to 0% about 5 times and then each of them gave a Xbox notification "Can't download *pack/update name*. I've checked
my memory unit and it has 6.7GB free space as well as my USB FAT32 flash drive formatted for Xbox360 with 7.4GB free. It will not give me the option to choose USB memory OR USB flash drive for the packs & updates to download into. In system settings on my
console it says that both my units and HDD have only "Rest of memory reserved for system use"....I can download other things from any other game or Xbox marketplace, just won't work for GTA5 packs & updates. I've looked up guides on how to reinstall the comp
packs after this same alert pops up AFTER you've already downloaded them once....but no guides that I've found mention anything about not being able to download them INITIALLY.

I've been pouring over the web and I can't find any fixes that help...so I figured I'd go right to the source here.

P.S. I'm not that great with computers...and my N.A.T. has been "Strict" since my house lost power during a storm. I already looked into that fix but unable to figure it out, since I can play online games like BF4 and download lots of other things...it hasn't
been a problem until attempting GTA5 online.

GTA V Downloadable content

1. check for any corruption or incomplete downloads on your hard drive in all your games.

2. delete the title update from gta5, go back in the game, and allow it to redownload.

3. delete DLCs for gta5 and redownload them through inside the game.

 

halo 2 map pack

u can still update the games on orangnl xbox, but u wont be able to go online or download any content. but with halo 2 there was an extra disc u can buy that has all execept 1 map pack.

I'd like to tackle this issue for you in two parts:

1. Your NAT

- This is an easier fix, as there is already a pretty intuitive guide to help you walk through the NAT troubles on Xbox 360. Here it is:

2. Your GTA 5 pack download issue

- So I see you've already done a lot of legwork to make this download, and it's still failing. The biggest thing to note here is that there is a download failure guide already that can assist:

support.xbox.com/.../download-xbox-live-content

If those steps still don't help it, try checking out what's actually on your HDD and see if it has any corrupted files on it. You'll know it by the symbol - a yellow exclamation point. If you do see corrupt files, try removing them, then attempt the download
again.
