    when I try to join gta5 online it loads all the way till this happens I get stuck in the clouds and stays like that all other games working fine no problem but gta5 is not doing nothing but story mode its pissing me off i love exploring on there and having
    fun but not working I tried so many things to fix non worked.

    Hey there AlexandriaShanks, oddly enough, I had this issue afew weeks back! Just remove the game by going into My games & Apps then locate your game and press start on it then Manage Games & add-ons and clicked on Uninstall all. Once you have done that you
    can go to the Microsoft Store and go to GTA 5 and reinstall it!
