    Just bought a new Xbox one and a ton of games. Son banned for two weeks. Called and found out GTA5 was hacked and now he can't play with his friends. Very frustrated! Called support and chat lines no help at all. Get it together for all the money I just
    spent!!!!

    My account banned permanently for no reason ?

    hey Xbox , 3-4 weeks ago if im not mistaken I was banned for two weeks .. someone had messaged me first with hate and trash talk so I simply trashed talked back through message after they did through there microphone ..5 minutes later I got a message saying
    I was banned for a week . So I was kinda learned my lesson ... but after getting a message about 3 days ago that I'm permanently banned for no reason .. im really thinking about moving to PlayStation ., Ive spent tons of money on that account and it's disappointing

    Nobody gets banned for no reason...I know I got banned fro stupid reasons I'm not even going to go in to. And what do you mean (you have 10 year tenure but you only used 2 years of it) I didn't give you the banned gamer tag.... The reason why I was banned
    is because of a hacker that hosted mw2 lobbies on it and did a unauthorized recover which he did. So basically I got banned for no reason.

    UPSET and CONFUSED! CONSOLE BANNED WITHOUT A REASON for a 9yr old....

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer.

    If your account has been hacked, you will need to phone XBox Support and open an Unauthorised Access Claim. And do not hang up until they do.

    They get tons and tons of upset gamers who have been banned every day.

    The reason it needs to pass moderator scrutiny first is to make sure there is no explicit language, 'name and blame' information, etc. There was a reason why this happened, and the judgement stands.
