Změna jazyka v system language a location nefunguje. Stále je jazyk v GTA V v ruštině.

The language for the console version of GTAV depends on your console language setting. If your console language is not supported in GTAV you will be prompted to select a language when starting the game. If you would like to reset the language after the
game has already saved it:

• On Xbox 360: Hold LB + RB while booting the game
• On Xbox One: The language in-game matches the console language and needs to be changed in the console's System Settings. To access the system settings, press the
  Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select
  System > Settings >
  System

Hi there! According to Rockstar's site, it would have to be changed within the actual Xbox One console to change the game language.
