    purchased a shark card in gta v last night, was charged but didnt get any value in my GTA V online account.

    How can i get this to reflect

    If your Microsoft Account shows that you successfully purchased an item via the web site Store then there may be two possibilities that I've seen when looking for the content on the console:

    • Add-ons (eg Shark Cards, Pinball FX3 tables etc) should show up in your associated game's Ready to install section. If you find it there then click on the Install button for the item or Install All.
    • New games don't show up immediately in My Games & Apps - Games Ready to Install. I don't know if they ever will as I don't like waiting. You can speed up getting the new item by searching in the Xbox Store for the applicable title and it should say that
      you Own it and have an Install button that you can click to begin downloading it right away or add to queue if other downloads are already in progress.
    YMMV, this is my experience with multiple purchases this morning from the Boxing Day sale items.
