GTA v will not load

Having a problem loading gta v, loads up the first loading screen with the 3 characters on then returns back to the xbox home screen. Theres no disk as it was a download.

Yes, it allows me to play other games but GTA V is the only game that freezes on the loading screen.

It was a digital purchase. If i log on to the second xbox with the same gamer tag it works.

We have a second xbox and that one works???

we have tried uninstalling, cleared the local memory, hard reset and unplugging still no luck theres plenty of storage left. Ive updated the xbox. The only thing i can think of is there must be a corupt file somewhere.

Did you download the game through Game Pass or have you purchased the game through the store?

If it was downloaded through Game Pass, GTAV has been cycled out of the rotation and is no longer available to play through Game Pass which may be causing the issue.
