GTA V was 29.99 when i purchased it but charged me for 59.99

The website and dashboard said 29.99 and then it charged me for 59.99

I got robbed.

I purchased an xbox live 12 month subscription, then It said network error, and when I refreshed it I checked my member status and nothing changed. It charged me for the 59.99 I am very upset.

 

Xbox Live Gold discount bought as a Gift

I recently purchased an xbox Live Gold 1 year subscription for my grandson as a gift. Instead of charging me the special price of 39.99, it charged me $59.99. Does this mean that the special price only applies when you buy it for yourself?

However, I did want to mention that the deal for GTAV was for yesterday. If you attempted to purchase it today it will have been too late.
