GTA V Stuck Loading On Xbox One

GTA V is stuck on the loading screen. I cannot load either story or online. My copy of the game is digital. I have already tried contacting Rockstar support, and all they suggested was to restart my Xbox and try reinstalling GTA. I have done both but it
is still not working. This leads me to believe that the the save data is probably corrupted. Is there a way I can only remove the most recent save so I don't have to restart the game?

GTA Stuck in Loading Mode

I have an Xbox 1S purchased in Dec. We are trying to play GTA V which we have played several times already. The game has stopped loading and is stuck in the loading story mode. Does anyone have any suggestions?

hi, GTA V is stuck on loading screen on XBO.

Won’t go into story or online.

I have tried cold restart, deleting game data and re-installing game with no luck.

Any ideas?
