GTA V Preorder Never Shipped!

I Preordered GTA V and it still says Order in Process. I have already contacted Microsoft support. They couldn't do anything to help. They said the bank was stopping the payment. They said they couldnt cancel it and told us to call the bank to stop the charge.
I called the bank and they are not blocking any payments in the first place and there is no transaction history at all. Now I wont get any of the preorder bonuses nor do I have my game on time. I cant even send them an email. If I call them up again I'll
have to wait forever and they probably still wont help me. Microsoft you have disappointed me and you are close to losing me as a customer. This is ridiculous!

My cat loved GTA IV and told me to preorder GTA V as soon as I can.

 

GTA v Xbox one preorder

So I went a head and bought Xbox market place currency, so I could preorder dragon age and GTA v. I've managed to to dragon age, how ever I have not seen the option yet for GTA v. Does anyone know if GTA V will be a digital preorder? Or even a digital
release day one? Or do you believe I made a mistake and should've bought the copy at gamestop. I'm a digital person, I like everything in one place, thus I'd really like to get it digitally. thanks

 

Hey there! Assuming you're talking about the Microsoft Store as it's a physical copy of the disc. I would suggest you call them back and see what all your options are for this. Mods on this forum aren't going to have access to your order / transaction history.

Already did that! They gave me no options. I am just warning others who want to preorder.
